Appointed Person First Aid Training Course, in house or On Site Throughout Suffolk
This is a 4-6 hour Emergency/Primary Care, Appointed Person Course designed to train you in Primary Care Essential skills only. This course is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning Basic First Aid Emergency Skills, and for those who work in a low risk environment. During the course you will watch video segments and study from a manual that will teach you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies safely and with confidence.
You will learn the ABCD's of Primary Care and will also learn the skills listed below:

- Barrier Use
- Primary Assessment
- One Rescuer Adult CPR
- Serious Bleeding Management
- Shock Management

- Conscious Choking Adult
- Taking Care of the First Aid Kit

Optional Additions.
We are able to offer training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as an Additional Module at your request. There is a discounted rate for the AED Course when added to any of our other courses.
