The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are now Strongly Recommending Annual First Aid Refresher Training to prevent Skill Fade due to the time difference between firtly completing your First Aid Training and Requalification. We offer this Course at our Training Centre in Bury St Edmunds and on site throughout Suffolk including Ipswich, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Cambridge, Felixstowe, Lowestoft, Newmarket, Woodbridge, Thetford, Ely, East Anglia Areas. This Refresher and Requalification Training Course in Suffolk, is a 3 hour training session to refresh the core skills learnt during your initial First Aid Training. During the course you will watch video segments and study from a manual that will teach you and refresh the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies safely and with confidence.
